ONA HAD AN APARTMENT next to Avenida Paulista. Pedro had helped her to find it. She could go up the hill to reach the art museum with a nice view of the other hillside, going down the hill there was the Ibirapuera park where she admired the buildings designed by Oscar Niemeyer.

She went to the library and consulted all the books dealing with Brazilian architecture. Shortly afterwards, however, she forgot every single word she had read.
